1. To learn about Parametric Equations.
2. To review basic vector properties.
3. To learn about 2D and 3D perpandicular frames (hanging, stretching and aligning)
Week 2:
Student's goals for this week:
To learn about the action of matrices and how to make 2D matrices: hangers, stretchers, aligners (in general rotations) and shears.
Week 3:
Student's goals for this week:
To learn how to use aligners, stretchers and hangers to make 2D matrices do what one wants.
Week 4:
Student's goals for this week:
To learn how to compute an SVD analysis of a 2x2 matrix, and how to apply the results (of such an analysis) in various computations.
Week 5:

To learn how to compute an SVD analysis of a 3x3 matrix, and how to apply the results (of such an analysis) in various computations.
Week 6:
Review and 1st midterm exam. Example.
